Return policy

You can return the items you buy on Adisix.com within 15 days of receiving your products.

We will also reimburse you for all shipping costs if the return is due to an error on our part. If you have a problem with one or more of your products, head to the after-sales service page.


You can return an item purchased on adisix.com and get a full refund for your products under the following conditions:

  • The purchase of your product does not result from a final sale;
  • The purchase of your product does not result from a sale for the benefit of a foundation;
  • The product, jewelry, watch, shoes, clothing or accessory has no signs of wear and has not been worn;
  • For hygienic reasons, underwear, swimwear, body jewelry, earrings, perfumes and eau de toilette, which are no longer in their sealed or original packaging, are not exchangeable or refundable. ;
  • Meet the conditions specific to the type of product explained below.


Return shoes, clothes, accessories, perfumes and toilet waters

  • The products must be new and unworn;
  • For hygienic reasons, underwear, swimsuits, perfumes and eau de toilette, which are no longer in their sealed or original  packaging, are neither exchangeable nor refundable;
  • The products must return in their original packaging, with all the items that were provided when the package was sent;
  • Products must be returned using a shipping method that allows you to track your shipment. If the shipping address used during the purchase is Canadian, we will provide you with the prepaid return label. If your shipping address is outside of Canada, please read the international return section;
  • Products eligible for returns may have shipping costs which will be deducted from your refund amount.

 
Returning jewelry and watches

  • All that is included in the original packaging (boxes, guarantees, etc.), as well as certificates of authenticity, evaluation and / or others, must be returned with the product;
  • All products returned without the original documents will be rejected;
  • The products must be new and unworn;
  • For hygienic reasons, body jewelry and earrings, which are no longer in their sealed or original packaging, are neither exchangeable nor refundable;
  • The products must return in their original packaging, with all the items that were provided when the package was sent;
  • Products whose size has been changed or which have been modified in any way, which have been damaged or any other problem arising from you after delivery, will not be accepted;
  • Products must be returned using a shipping method that allows you to track your shipment. If the shipping address used during the purchase is Canadian, we will provide you with the prepaid return labels. If your shipping address is outside of Canada, please read the international return section;
  • Products eligible for returns may have shipping costs which will be deducted from your refund amount.

 

 

Return from a Canadian address with prepaid label

  • Go to your account by clicking on the menu at the top left Account, then click on Sign in;
  • Once connected, click on Orders;
  • Select the (ID) order number you wish to return;
  • Click on Request Replacement or Refund;
  • Specify your request: Replace item or Refund, the Product you wish to return, the Quantity and the Reason for the return;
  • Add comments to provide us with more information on the reason for the return, if desired;
  • Click the Return button;
  • You will receive an email within a few minutes confirming your return request;
  • Your request will be processed within 24 to 48 business hours;
  • You will receive an email which approves or disapproves your request with the instructions to follow;
  • After receiving the approval email for your request, you will receive a new email containing the prepaid return label;
  • Print the prepaid return label contained in the email;
  • Optional:
    • Go to Account, then click on Return Requests,
    • Select the order return (ID) you wish to return,
    • Click on Print slip;
  • Include in your return package all the products you received in their original packaging, as when you received your package. Optionally add your return slip. Use bubble wrap, a padded envelope or a box to avoid damaging items during shipping;
  • Use the prepaid return label that you previously printed, then affix it to your shipping package;
  •  Drop the package off at a Canada Post office near you;
  • Once the package is received, we will inspect the product to be sure it is in its original condition and you will receive an email confirming receipt and approval to return your product;
  • Please allow between one and two weeks to receive your full refund on the payment method used during your purchase.

 

Return of the package at your expense from a Canadian address

  • Go to your account by clicking on the menu at the top left Account, then click on Sign in;
  • Once connected, click on Orders;
  • Select the (ID) order number you wish to return;
  • Click on Request Replacement or Refund;
  • Specify your request: Replace item or Refund, the Product you wish to return, the Quantity and the Reason for the return;
  • In the comments, indicate that you do not wish to receive a prepaid return label for your package and that you will carry out the return of the package yourself at your expense;
  • Add comments to provide us with more information on the reason for the return, if desired;
  • Click the Return button;
  • You will receive an email within a few minutes confirming your return request;
  • Your request will be processed within 24 to 48 business hours;
  • You will receive an email which approves or disapproves your request with the instructions to follow;
  • Once your product is approved for return, go to Account, then click on Return Requests;
  • Select the order return (ID) you wish to return;
  • Click on Print slip;
  • Include in your return package all the products you received in their original packaging, as when you received your package. Use bubble wrap, a padded envelope or a box to avoid damaging items during shipping;
  • Use the slip that you previously printed as the sender's address or add the sender's address located on the slip;
  • Drop the package off at a post office near you and pay the return shipping costs;
